a) Not every company is an Airbnb: Provide information that will be useful to businesses, institutions, and investors who may wish to understand the ecosystem from an industry insider perspective. We have seen countless investments fail, and the short-term rental sector is hyperlocalised and fragmented. This information will cover both tech and marketplaces.

b) Buying and Selling: Provide information on acquisitions, trends, where the money is headed, and who provides it. We anticipate more activity in this space over the next five years, but the focus on tech and marketplaces may change dramatically.

c) Nothing New: The industry is famous for the phrase "nothing new", but we will keep a close eye on this as technology disrupts the space. However, hospitality is about people, connections, care and consideration, so we will also cover new and old business models that focus on this.

d) AI and the coming revolution: If you are just using ChatGPT for content and maybe a chatbots, then think again. We are at an inflexion point globally and historically.
